Ariel joined the Reverie team in 2022 after completing culinary school and is armed with 8 years of Asheville restaurant experience. She has since been leading Reverie’s Culinary team alongside her Pastry and Sous Chef, Hannah Thompson. She's all about crafting custom menus that dazzle guests with innovation and flair! From reviving cherished family recipes to dreaming up out-of-the-box solutions, she's all about crafting dining experiences that linger in memory. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find Ariel tending to her garden and hanging out with her majestic kitty, Whale Shark.

Abby is the Owner and Founder of Reverie, and the heart and soul of the operation. Since opening Reverie in late 2019 Abby and her incredible team have been dedicated to crafting one-of-a-kind experiences that leave lasting impressions. Abby has always had a deep passion for helping others feel celebrated, as well as a love for helping create unforgettable memories. Whether she’s designing stunning floral arrangements or bringing her signature magic to event planning, her passion shines through in everything she does. Born and raised in Southern California, she has called Asheville home since 2010. Having graduated from Warren Wilson College with a Bachelor’s in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology along with a minor in Education, Abby brings a unique blend of creativity and community spirit to her work. She has worked in a variety of different realms, including the nonprofit arena, early education, and the hospitality industry. When Abby is not working she enjoys spending time going on adventures with her partner Colin and their two dogs, Moose and Squirrel.

Lauren joined the Reverie team in 2021, with 13 years of prior hospitality experience and a passion for private events. With a knack for weaving together every intricate detail, she works hard to turn our clients' dreams into reality! A native of North Carolina, Lauren fell for Asheville during her college years at UNC-Asheville and following graduation, decided to call it home. Whether it's planning, vendor coordination, or social media magic, she's our go-to Swiss Army knife of events management! Outside of work, you'll find her immersed in true crime podcasts, devouring documentaries, exploring new destinations with her partner, Tommy, and cuddling up with her kitty, Rocky.
